Originating from annual workshops with sales partners, the pei tel Communication Days have developed in recent years into a networking and exhibition event organised by and for partners, users and interested parties in voice and data communication solutions, as well as innovative technology for various sectors, such as:

Pre-event | 8 September | Get-together and premium barbecue buffet
Tuesday, 4.00 pm – 10.00 pm
- Check-in at the hotel is available from 3.00 pm, provided you have booked a hotel room (further information on hotel room bookings)
- 4.00 pm: Welcome reception in the hotel’s restaurant and terrace area
- 4.15 pm: Welcome to all participants
- 4.30 pm: Time for networking and activities such as table football, billiards, gaming and much more.
- 6.00 pm: Premium barbecue buffet in the restaurant and terrace area; activities remain available
- 10.00 pm: Official end of the pre-event

For the Communication Days, we have reserved a block of rooms at the GINN Hotel for the nights of 8 to 9 and 9 to 10 September. To make use of this allocation and thus benefit from special accommodation rates, please quote the code pei tel Communication Days when making your booking.

Deadline
To secure a hotel room from the on-demand allocation, you must book by 10 July 2026. This is the end of the period for our on-demand allocation.
Costs covered
We will cover all costs for catering during our event (drinks, barbecue, lunch buffet, soft drinks, etc.).
The costs of hotel rooms and breakfast, as well as any parking fees that may apply, are not included and must be paid for by the participants themselves.
