Expanding the Portfolio and Investing in Future Areas

Communication solutions for public authorities and companies in security-critical environments must be ready for use even under extreme conditions. This is why pei tel Communications GmbH has been committed to the development, manufacture and sale of professional technology that can be relied on in any situation since it was founded in 1991. The company, which has its headquarters in Teltow near Berlin, a branch in Osnabrück and a subsidiary in Tilburg in the Netherlands, is now celebrating its 35th anniversary and is increasingly focussing on "value added services". In addition to particularly robust technology from our own production and products from renowned third-party manufacturers, pei tel customers also have access to a constantly growing range of supplementary services.

"Our aim is to offer authorities and companies everything they need for flawless communication from a single source. We are therefore constantly developing our portfolio in close consultation with our customers in order to meet the changing requirements of the market," says Peter Stroetmann, Managing Director at pei tel Communications GmbH. In addition to its own products and solutions in the field of radio and audio systems, the company provides its customers with a harmonised portfolio from well-known manufacturers in the fields of professional mobile radio and object radio. Furthermore, pei tel offers its partners support with installation, set-up and maintenance as well as a comprehensive range of consulting and training services. The company also takes account of new technical developments such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and the rapidly expanding field of video security and is making targeted investments in these areas of the future. "It is important to us that we support our customers with a project from the initial enquiry to the final installation. We do this, for example, through basic seminars, personal technical support or assistance with project acceptance," continues Peter Stroetmann.

pei tel Communications GmbH was founded in 1991 as a sales company of the Peiker technology group. Over the course of time, the company initially developed and manufactured its own products and eventually began distributing communications solutions from third-party providers. A branch office was opened in Osnabrück specifically for trading activities and an online shop was launched at shop.peitel.com. Another important milestone was the founding of pei tel Communications B.V. in Tilburg, the Netherlands, in 2024. Since then, the company has been represented internationally for the first time with its own subsidiary. As part of the Peiker family's group of companies, pei tel has a stable base and benefits from synergies with other partner companies. "The past 35 years have shown With perseverance and the courage to innovate, even turbulent times can be successfully mastered. We therefore want to maintain this self-image in the future and continue our growth," concludes Managing Director Peter Stroetmann.
