PTFireCom was specially developed for the requirements of group and squad operations and ensures safety and clear communication - especially when it counts.
PTFireCom reliably connects team members with each other - even under the most extreme conditions. It consists of at least two robust CEECOACH devices, an easy-to-operate PTT button and a connection cable that securely connects the helmet headset, CEECOACH and radio. Everything is designed to be ready for immediate use under respiratory protection, with gloves and under stress.
What makes it special: Unlike traditional radio communication, where only one person speaks and everyone else listens, PTFireCom enables full-duplex communication. This means that up to 16 group members can speak and listen to each other at the same time - continuously and without delay. Simply clear communication at the crucial moment. In addition, the squad leader remains connected to the group leader via radio - simply by pressing the PTT button (push-to-talk).
CEECOACH PTFireCom
CEECOACH is the central communication device of PTFireCom. It enables full-duplex communication, allowing up to 16 group members to speak and listen to each other simultaneously in real time. The intuitive battery status display uses colour signals to ensure safe operation at all times. The CEECOACH also offers practical functions such as muting, key lock and an individually adjustable volume - perfectly adapted to the requirements in the field.
With CEECOACH PTFireCom, you are always connected - for greater safety and effectiveness in the team.
PTT Button
The squad leader maintains the connection to the squad leader using the PTT button. While the group remains connected in an open full-duplex conversation, the squad leader can speak directly to the squad leader over the radio by pressing the PTT button to pass on important information or orders quickly and clearly.
At this moment, the team members listen attentively - they are fully focussed on the team leader, who controls the communication and thus creates safety for everyone. As soon as the button is released, communication flows again freely and without restrictions within the entire group so that everyone is heard and understood at all times.
The PTT button ensures that the squad leader always remains in control without interrupting the close communication within the team - an indispensable connection that can save lives.
